Roger Kadz has joined Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC) as a business development officer in the company’s Reno office.

Kadz has spent more than 30 years in the lending business, working for several banks including First Interstate Bank of Nevada, Bank of the West, Nevada Security Bank and, most recently, Plumas Bank.  He has lived in Reno since 1990.

“I’ve known Nevada State Development Corporation since I first moved to Reno,” said Kadz.  “As a lending officer, I made many SBA 504 small business loans with NSDC, and it was always a pleasure to work with them.”

Kadz’s new role will give him the opportunity to leverage his experience and contacts as a lending officer, but approach the business from a different angle.

“I’m really looking forward to working with NSDC to assist small businesses in owning their real estate,” said Kadz.  “It’s great to be part of this dedicated team.”

“Roger’s decades of experience in the lending industry are an incredible asset to NSDC,” said Adrien Burney, Executive Vice President for NSDC.  “His knowledge will not only help our organization grow, but also be invaluable to the small businesses we support.”
