NSDC’s Reno Office will be collecting items for AGC (Associated General Contractors) Community Awareness Committee Cover Up Drive!  They will be collecting items in their office from August 3rd until September 30.

The AGC Community Awareness Committee is holding a drive to support Cover Up. Cover Up is a 100% volunteer organization that distributes donated clothing and toiletries to homeless men, women and children. NSDC is collecting supplies for Communities In Schools Fill The Bus!

We will be collecting school supplies at our Las Vegas office through August 20th.

Communities In Schools of Nevada is partnering with News 3, Lotus Broadcasting and Sam’s Club to collect needed school supplies and uniforms to distribute to over 44,000 students in 43 schools statewide that CIS of Nevada serves.

NSDC Staff Donates Time Helping Those in Need

Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC), takes one day a year to hold a staff retreat bringing together personnel from the Reno and Las Vegas offices. Half of the day is spent helping a charitable cause, and this year the group effort had 18 staff members working together at St. Jude’s Ranch for Children in Boulder City, Nevada.
